Irmo, SC (Paul Kirby) Registration for the Irmo Little League baseball and softball registration is open now through January 26th. There are leagues available for both boys and girls ages 4-16.
The programs include various tee -ball, baseball, and softball divisions, so there’s certainly something for your child if they are interested in good old-fashioned sports. Last spring and summer teams from Irmo Little League competed in numerous local, district, state and southeast regional tournaments, capturing 2 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS in Baseball and Softball.
The costs range from $55-$105 depending on the sport and team your child is interested in. Practices will begin in February, with the season spanning from March through June at Friarsgate Park on Chadford Road, Irmo.
You can register your child at Friarsgate Park on January 9 and 10, from 5 until 7 p.m. or at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Harbison Boulevard on January 20 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. You can also register online at www.IrmoLittleLeague.org or email irmolittleleague@gmail.com for more information.
