Lexington investigators need help identifying burglary suspect

Lexington, SC (October 5, 2018) – Chief Terrence Green is requesting the help of the Town of Lexington community in identifying a subject that detectives believe may have been involved in a residential burglary on the 200 block of Plantation Drive in the Bent Creek Plantation neighborhood where prescription medications were stolen.

During the course of the investigation, surveillance images from a nearby neighbor showed a dark gray or brown two door sedan with a moon roof and dark tinted windows parked near the backyard of the residence. A slender white teenage male wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, red ball cap and carrying a black backpack was observed walking to the back of the residence. The subject is seen leaving from the incident location minutes later.

Anyone with information about this investigation, or knows the identity the subject involved in this burglary, is asked to contact Detective Corporal Doug Lee at 803-358-1517.
