Red Bank, SC (Paul Kirby) - The new Publix supermarket in Red Bank has officially set its grand-opening date for Halloween. It plans to open the doors to the public at 7:00 a.m. The store’s actual address is 5441 Platt Springs Road near where it intersects with South Lake Drive. They join Walmart, Aldi and Food Lion as grocery choices in the area.
Shoppers who attend the store’s grand opening will be able to sample a variety of different foods and receive reusable Publix bags at check-out while supplies last. The store’s departments will also be fully operational from the first day.
Publix is a high-end shopping center which offers more fresh offerings in seafood, high-quality produce, a bakery and deli, additional organic offerings, as well as a pharmacy with drive-thru. They are based out of Lakeland Florida and have another store in Lexington off Sunset Boulevard.
