Pine Ridge, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Town of Pine Ridge announced via social media that they have completed the installation of a Blessing Box recently. In their post they said, “We are beyond excited to bring this to our community to help others in need.”
A Blessing Box is a small, stand-alone structure that will be filled with nonperishable food items and toiletries that anyone in need can access at any time of day or night. The box is in front of town hall close to the Police Department entrance. The address is 2757 Fish Hatchery Rd.
If you need a blessing, you can just stop by and take something out of the box. If you want to share your blessings with others, stop and drop off some items like soups, vegetables, or items that provide a meal in one can like ravioli or beef stew. It’s a leave what you can or take what you need situation.
The town said in their post they want to thank the Midlands Blessing Box Project for building this amazing box for their community.
