Lexington, SC (Diana Nation) – The Lexington National Allstars, an 8 year old, coaches-pitch team is the only team from the Lexington Dixie Youth League to make it into the state championship this year. After a long season of hard work, hard practices and hard play, these 8 year olds will be heading to Dillon, SC on Friday, July 5th to play in the State Championship Game.
These incredibly talented young men are led by a great coaching staff including Chris Norris, Blake Britt, Shane Watts and Justin Crocker. These men worked hard helping teach each of these boys the fundamentals of the game of baseball. According to parents and fans, the coaching and hard work paid off because they’re heading to the big game!
