Chapin, SC (Paul Kirby) – Chapin police officers have arrested James Ruben Woodard, 31, of Chapin for committing numerous crimes. This arrest comes after he unlawfully entered a home in the Fairhaven subdivision off Old Lexington Highway last weekend. For reasons unknown, Woodard was wearing just socks on his feet when the incident occurred.

According to the Chapin Police Department, Woodard has been charged with two counts of First-Degree Burglary and one count of Indecent Exposure. Woodard was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center after he was arrested. As of early Wednesday morning, no bond had been set.
