West Columbia, SC 03/01/2022 – The Babcock Center is holding an event to fill a multitude of job openings on Monday, March 7, 2022, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. This Hiring Fair is being held at the Batesburg/Leesville Work Activity Center which is located at 416 E. Columbia Avenue in the town.
In order to expedite the process of applying and preparing for an interview, people interested in these jobs can complete the application in advance by going to the Babcock Center’s website at www.babcockcenter.com any time prior to the beginning of the event. Open positions include Direct Support Professionals and Work Support Instructors at waste collection sites. All shifts and various locations have openings.

Minimum qualifications for employment with Babcock Center include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Please bring proof of education and a 10-year DMV record to the event with you. These can be obtained with proper identification at any DMV office.
