Having established probable cause, a search of the vehicle revealed numerous syringes, and a glass meth pipe in the vehicle. Police also discovered that the person had a small quantity of methamphetamine hidden in his sock. After officers located this, the individual was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Distribution of Methamphetamine.
That person was booked by the Cayce officers into the Lexington County Detention Center where he faced a judge at a bond hearing later in the week.
