Lexington, SC 04/02/2025 - The Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center has made the decision to postpone the 2025 Dining on the Dam, which was scheduled for Sunday, April 6, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m., due to forecasted inclement weather. After consulting with multiple agencies and our event vendors, the Chamber has concluded that the forecasted weather conditions pose safety concerns.
According to Angelle LaBorde, President & CEO of the Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center, “we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone this unique, Midlands event. Significant logistical and safety concerns regarding patron and vendor well-being necessitated this decision. We look forward to hosting the event in the Fall, where all previously purchased tickets will be valid.”
Dining on the Dam, an annual event, invites guests from the Midlands and beyond to connect with Lexington County while enjoying a beautiful evening overlooking Lake Murray.
