Irmo, SC 12/19/2024 (Paul Kirby) – Investigators with the Irmo Police Department are seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted for armed robbery, kidnapping, and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. Officers believe that Immanuel “Ocyrus” Young committed these crimes and is now armed and dangerous.
