Lexington, SC 02/10/2025 (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department is hoping that members of the public will be able to help them identify 2 individuals who were caught on camera stealing from a local business. Officers say that the pair stole multiple items from the 200 block of Dooley Road in the early morning hours of January 18, 2025.
Police say while burglarizing the business, the suspects stole a gold colored 2000 Ford F-150 with a South Carolina license plate 6977QS. The truck had a flatbed utility trailer behind it with four large wooden spools of copper wire on it. The value of the items taken was estimated at $50,000.
The subjects covered their faces with masks and wore gloves during the entire incident, according to police.
