Mission Lexington awarded Non-Profit of the Year by the readers of The Lexington Chronicle

Lexington, SC 07/10/2023 - Mission Lexington was awarded Non-Profit of the Year by the supporters and readers of The Lexington County Chronicle. This is the county’s largest voting contest with nearly 100,000 votes. The Lexington’s Best 2023 Red Carpet Event was held at Riverbanks Zoo and attended by Robin Bowers, Executive Director and Amy Reeves, Director of Community Relations, both of Mission Lexington. Robin Bowers said after the award was announced,

“We are so honored to be recognized for all the hard work our team does every day to support our neighbors in need in Lexington County. ”Mission Lexington is the hub of care for Lexington County neighbors in crisis. Assisting families and individuals by providing essentials of life such as food, shelter, clothing, resources, and guidance. They met over 31,800 needs in Lexington County in 2022.
