Chapin, SC 01/17/2024 - State Rep. Jay Kilmartin, a conservative businessman representing house district 85, will kick off his bid for a second term with an event at the Saluda Shoals Park River Center on Thursday, January 18th at 6:30pm. Food and beverage will be provided. The Campaign Kickoff is open to the public and an RSVP is required.
“I have a great story to tell about my short time in office,” Kilmartin said. “For me, it has been promises made and promises kept. That will continue to be the case if the great people of Chapin, Columbia and Irmo give me the honor of continuing to serve.”
Expected guests and speakers featured are statewide officials including the State House Freedom Caucus, State Treasurer Curtis Loftis, conservative leader John Warren and local elected officials.
“This will be a great opportunity to not only hear about my results and my vision moving forward, but attendees will also be able to link up with community and statewide leaders,” Kilmartin said.
