Lexington, SC 11/14/2024 - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will temporarily close Marcellus Road in Lexington County to perform bridge repairs beginning Monday, November 18.
The closure is expected to last until Friday, November 22. As part of this closure, a detour route has been set up. Please note that Marcellus Road will be open to local traffic only.
During the repairs, daytime lane closures on I-20 will also be in place to accommodate crews working. A map of the affected areas can be found below.
SCDOT encourages drivers to slow down and stay alert for signs and crews working.
