Two men try and roll away a bag full of shoplifting loot in Lexington

Lexington, SC 10/07/2024 (Paul Kirby) – Investigators with the Lexington Police Department are trying to identify two men who allegedly tried to work in tandem to steal over $1,800 worth of merchandise from Burlington Coat Factory. Apparently, they stuffed all their loot into a piece of rolling luggage on July 31, 2024.

While in the store, they were approached by store management. This was apparently enough to scare them because they dropped the luggage and left the parking lot in a light-colored Toyota Camry.
